Signing Choir

The Brooklands Signing Choir was established in November 2013.  It is still going strong ten years later and has now doubled in size with the addition of our second site at Alexander Road. This year, one of our favourite times in signing choir has been learning songs with our mainstream friends at integration. 

We use Makaton signs to encourage both understanding and expression.

We have performed in public on many occasions, including:

• Sainsburys Redhill
• Hawthorns School
• Wray Common School Music Festival
• "Music for Youth" festival Burgess Hill
• In front of Ofsted when they came to Brooklands!
• As well as numerous times at Brooklands school events
