Orange Class

Welcome to Orange Class!

There are 6 children in Orange Class. There are 2 girls and 4 boys.

We have 5 adults to help us learn.

In Orange class we have very individualised learning programmes that predominantly focus on SCERTS. We have learning breaks throughout the day to help regulate us so that we can focus on our learning.

We are supported with our communication needs by the Speech and Language Team.

Orange Class Timetable

Here is the theme planner for this term.

Our theme - TV

Our theme for the second half of the Autumn term is TV. The theme lends itself to links to the children's favourite things to do. They will have the opportunity not only to watch their favourite shows but also to extend this to real life situations. Each week we will select a theme, watch a programme and link learning to it e.g. watch the Bake Off and then bake our own cakes or watch Mr Maker and make our own models and pieces of art.

Home Learning Suggestions

  • Watch Mr Tumble and other TV programmes in the planner
  • Google Bearfoot Books for some of the theme books set to music

Keep looking at the website as we will add more ideas
